Merry Christmas, everyone! I hope y'all are enjoying the snow and the amazing hot cocoa they've put out for us today, 'cause I certainly am.

So I know this is super last-minute, but we should do a "Secret Santa" gift exchange too. For those of you not from planet Earth, Secret Santa is this thing where we gather a group of people, randomly give each one a name, and y'all then have to buy that person a present. If that sounds like something y'all would be up for, let me know! The more people we can get for this, the better.

I'm still working on the logistics, so I can't exactly answer every question. I can, however, promise a ton of fun.

[Sometime later, Bart heads over to Wally's apartment with a couple of large gifts in tow. Family should stick together on Christmas, right? Even if he's not technically family yet. He doesn't know if he'll run into Wally's roommates, but he still felt kind of responsible for them. Sure, they could handle themselves. He didn't doubt that, but it was Christmas! Who was going to help them make dinner? Or decorate the tree? Or sing cheesy Christmas carols at the top of their lungs? They needed a cool uncle for some of that, didn't they?

Bart takes a deep breath before knocking on their door. It's funny, how he's so nervous about something this simple, but he can't help it. For the first time in years, he'll get to celebrate Christmas with family, and that's kind of fantastic.]

[She moves back a few paces, trying not to step on the little puppy who had waddled his way over to the new visitor with wide, curious eyes, and motions for him to come in.]

I'd say 'beware of dog', but the worst he'll do is probably lick your ankles. Hope you're not allergic.

You can probably drop that stuff right on the couch. Wally and the others should be back soon. I think he's stuck doing some last-minute shopping.

[Leave it to Wally to somehow always be the last one to arrive.]

[He's sensing something there, so he's just going to glide over that and pull out some DVD's.] It's a Wonderful Life, A Charlie Brown Christmas, Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer, The Nutcracker, Grandma Got Run Over by a Reindeer... that kind of stuff. 	Huh? Of course I do. I've never really been alone... Not in that sense. [He shrugs, bringing back a few cookies for Zee (specifically, the ones he didn't inhale whole).] Like you said, it helps you concentrate, right? 	That too. [It's been a while since he'd consciously sought out a radio station - not that looking for one now would help him out much.] When I lived overseas, noise wasn't the problem - if anything, it was harder to find peace and quiet.
