[This is a first for Helix all together. Where they had random gift-giving things in Marina before, he's never really celebrated anything back home. He's finally going to take part in a tradition from their world, their universe, something he missed out on his entire life. Granted, it may be some back-water farmer's tradition for the holiday but it was still important to him. Significant in more ways than he could really say. He may be just as nervous and excited as his lover was.
