[Jack doesn't answer a lot of new people's transmissions (they generally get plenty of responses, and usually from people he feels are far more qualified than he is to give answers) but there's something about this one that makes him respond. Something about this odd-looking guy in the tweed and bowtie. So he sends out a quick response as he wanders home with some groceries.]
