Buffy Summers ([info]doesntdamsel) wrote in [info]marinanova,
[ buffy doesn't often get along with authority figures; she hasn't had many problems with the wardens in the other prison, but she's got a great deal of freedom in the other prison, which makes a huge difference when dealing with a buffy. yard work isn't something she's looking forward to, particularly sans slayer abilities and she puts up quite an argument at one point, muttering, snapping and griping that she'd get a lot more done a whole lot faster if they'd take the anklet off, which is sort of a lie. she might get more done, but then it's also likely she'd just have more power to rebel with.

the long and short of it, buffy got shocked. more than once. it's not that it didn't hurt; it did, quite a lot. it hurt enough to bring tears to her eyes, but buffy, even de-powered, is stubborn. despite her stubbornness, she does end up working in the yard, a bit tingly but working.

later she can be found in the kitchens poking at the rations she's got and trying to figure out what to do with them. come take pity on her or commiserate with her. either one works. ]
