[The cherubs had skipped breakfast, which was just as well. Caliborn wasn't interested in eating anything in that pack, and he doesn't regret it even while feeling a little weak during the exercise. Calliope had been useful and gathered chocolate from other inmates, but it was not exactly enough.]
[He's still pretty gung-ho about working out, if nothing else. Just try not to give him an excuse to compete directly. Or go ahead and do, he can embarrass himself.]
[Work]
[Caliborn chooses to break bricks. It's difficult, but he's fine with it. It'll make him stronger, and at least it's a good way to channel his growing aggression about the situation. This is incredibly dull and boring, other than the chance to cause some damage. It's not even fun damage. At least until he decides to start trying to see if he can make shards fly and hit other people.]
[Calliope, on the other hand, decides that tending crops is probably a better use of her time. She doesn't really know much about growing anything, given that the soil of their world was nothing more than desolate sand that had long ago lost its ability to nourish plants. It's a chance to learn some new things, in her mind, and that's the best way to keep herself occupied.]
[Free Period]
[Calliope is mostly concerned with just laying around in bed, but the door of the Alpha Kids + Aradia room is wide open. She's not ready to sleep, but she is also too tired to move. She will give a friendly grunt or comment to anyone who passes by, whether they technically belong in that room or not, but she is otherwise a useless blob of tired.]
[It eventually occurs to her that a shower would help, but her trepidation is enormous. She'd spent the mandatory bathing part not doing anything but sitting around fully clothed, after all.]
