[Buffy has the evening off from Merlotte's and she's curious about the Sizzle 'n' Sear revamp. It's got nothing to do with competition and more to do with curiosity. She also thinks it's a good idea when residents (she refuses to call them inmates) take over businesses. Maybe it's a facade, but it feels like they're more in control.
