If someone is under stress for long periods of time they may have adverse health effects such as hypertension and increased risk of cardiovascular disease.
So I ask you, which is worse? One cigarette to relieve stress or for habits sake? Or letting a few hard days keep you twisted up inside until you really do some damage to your mind and body?
