Rogue has seen the wolf before. She's felt what the wolf truly feels inside of Oz, all the rage and want for destruction, carnal desire and pure animal tendencies. Oz is still barely conscious with the wolf. He can scream and rage and fight for control all he wants inside the beast, but he knows from experience that when his emotions are this messed up, there's no winning against the monster inside.

The wolf had been stalking her for a few minutes, and for Oz it was like watching a movie that he was a part of and yet unable to stop. When she stops, he wants to scream at her 'no, don't stop! run!' and yet he can't. At the sound of Oz's name, the beast slips out of the shadows, a low growl rumbling in his chest, coal black eyes narrowing on his prey.
