It was obvious that she had had some experience with this with the way she moved, with the control, the steady rhythm she found after the first few punches. He'd been teaching long enough to tell whether someone needed training or not after watching for awhile. He'd trained everyone from a beginner to advanced martial arts. And Rose wasn't a beginner.
After a few seconds of watching her form once she fell into a rhythm, he grinned and nodded. "Not bad at all, Rose. You've got a tell though. Jerking your hand back to much before leaning into the punch can give your opponent a heads up that it's coming. Just go for it." He still clutched the other side of the bag, feeling the jolt from each of her punches. "You've got the strength."
