Day 206 [Action | Open]
[Enma had just completed a small grocery run at the convenience store to replenish his stash of granola bars that he had gone through hiding from the kissing bots, when he found himself rather sidetracked.

He had seen the pet cafe before, but hadn't really gone near it. Even if now was probably a bad time to do so with the rain, Enma found himself setting his bag on the ground and tentatively peering in through the windows. He was already soaked from the walk over so he didn't really see much of a problem just staying in the rain now. It wasn't like he could get much more wet.

Especially when he could see kittens. Really, really, cute kittens.]

[Korra is lost. She hates being lost. She also hates being wet, and the fact she can't waterbend the rain off of her. (She also hates being in prison, but as the hours pass, she's forced to realize this is just something she's gonna have to live with. ~~For now.~~)

One thing she doesn't hate, though, is kittens. Almost despite herself, she walks over to the petshop window and smiles at the frolicking little bundles of fur. She doesn't coo or squeal or anything silly like that, but she does smile -- probably her first real smile this entire day.]

	[Enma recalled seeing the girl earlier in the day, she had seemed rather upset about arriving... not that he could blame her. She seemed better now though. [Enma just watched for a moment as the kitten bumped against the window and giggled. He went to try it himself to see if he could get a kitten to do the same.

Since Kittens are easier to interact with than girls.

He manages to get the attention of one, and it romps over, only to run into the glass.]

Oh!

[He looked worried for a moment, but the kitten was quick to recover and try to play with his fingers through the glass, earning another giggle from Enma.]

[He looked over again and nodded with a little "mm-hmm". Enma's abilities at conversation weren't much better, but... well, she didn't seem all that scary, and she sorta of talked like him.]

A-are you new?

[Because the earlier broadcast with the yelling wasn't enough of a hint. It's not an awkward conversation until at least one person decides to play captain obvious.]

	[With the addition of one new member of the Team to their humble (and increasingly small) apartment, Robin had to go out and do some shopping himself. 	[He jumps a little at the sudden arrival, then awkwardly stared for a moment trying to make sense of the statement. Did the guy want him to go inside? Or maybe the stranger wanted to look at the kittens too, and he was in the way?] Ah... sorry, I was just looking.
