Still, kissing her brings back memories, ones that had lay dormant a long time, both due to the passing of the years and the fact that, for most of them, Klaus had hidden them away.
They'd had fun. He'd liked her. Quite a bit, actually. And this was a stark reminder to that fact.
As she pulls him closer, her reciprocates in kind, his mouth moving with more purpose. Because as good of a kisser as she is, he still doesn't exactly trust her, and being this close to her has its own share of dangers.
