"I call Ianto Ianto," Jack replied with a grin, blue eyes twinkling in response to that gorgeous smile of hers. Which, of course, faded as hers did. Clearly, there was something he was missing here – about Tom – and equally clearly she didn't want to talk about it, so he did what he did best and kept things light. "I'm only waiting out here if you promise to give me the floor show later!" he called after her, deliberately teasing, and then settled against the outside wall of the fitting room to wait.
"The Defence Force is headed up by a girl called Kitty," he told her, through the thin wall. "She's not much more than a kid, but she seems to have her head screwed on." There was a smile in his voice as he spoke; he was very taken with Kitty and a lot of that was down to chemistry rather than any real knowledge of her policies or whatever. "I had my interview and skills tests with her and her boyfriend, Spencer Reid, who's an FBI profiler back home. They seem pretty thorough, you know? Won't let just any old riff-raff into the team!"
