I know everyone's doing their therapy thing but we have cheer practice today. It's the first meeting so it's important. So if you're on the team, be there. It's in an hour at the park in Sector Five. And no creepy gawkers okay?

[ caroline didn't have to - there's nothing to make up for, is what she's thinking. that's why elena's expression sombers, but it's not in rejection of the gesture. because she gets it, she thinks. this is because they are friends, first and foremost - not an apology. her smile softens, and she makes work of opening it. ] Caroline... [ she touches the locket, looks up at her friend before opening the jewelry. ] I guess we should find a picture.
