[Lacus is well coated by now in all colors of paint, but still somehow manages to look flawless -- no doubt Peggy can appreciate that. She's drawing what seems to be a starscape of space, only more colorful.]
I imagine some soap and hot water would be a good start. But at the very least it's a good conversation starter if the color remains.
