When a girl gets a messed up face, she's just messed up! Ugly!

[okay honestly the problem is that she's afraid to see that she's different for good and confronting her identity as it currently stands instead of running away etc etc etc but N O P E we're going to just be really immature for a second

petty as it is, though, it is a true insecurity of hers, b-but...]

A boy's face isn't as important, so of course you can go "that's just reality sometimes" like it's nothing! Ugh!!
