[ she smiles a bit as he hums, dropping her gaze back down to the chalk drawing of her friend when he speaks up. that's right - not everything's come to pass on her sheet, has it?
she's not surprised by any of it, though. she's had enough time to think things through, to try and understand that last crime, and she thinks she knows what she did now. it's not any more pleasant to think about, but at least it's something she can face with dignity.
