No, not unless Fuuma were really persistent about it. At least not at first. Really, he wouldn't know what to do about it, and would fall into a habit of being sad and evasive and probably letting Fuuma draw the wrong conclusions (i.e.: that Kamui had done these things) because he'll think it would cause Fuuma less pain in the long run.
If Fuuma became Fuuma again, sans memories, what do you think he would do in that situation?
