Calling it a slow-atus for the week, because my brother does have wireless so I do plan to be up and tagging at night.

Again, please keep up with the tagging guys, I'm still here! And if I owe you a tag, and seem to have missed it let me know.

Although I will be taking a hiatus from 12/30 to somewhere between 1/4 and 1/7. Since that is when I'll be traveling home, and readjusting to work and East Coast time scheduling again.


Holidays, a time for no school a time to spend with friends and on the internet- unless you're me, being flown straight across the country. For normal people, it's supposed to be a time for family, isn't it?

So, here's the deal. I should have internet where I'm going, I have this Broadband2Go thing with Virgin Mobile that claims it has excellent service out in Seattle so I think I can get to tags during my down time. However, this is 'family time' as we're going to see my brother we only get to see once a year so I'm not sure how much time I'll have to tag even if I do have service out there.

This whole thing is super important to my mom who is so paranoid he'll be shipped over seas never to be seen again, so I'm not sure when my down time will be.

I will definitely be tagging randomly throughout the day today, so if you have a thread with me please continue tagging on it. I will be on a plane for most of the day tomorrow, and then we're probably going to have some important family time all weekend. If I'm lucky this won't really interfere with my tagging at all.

Basically, I don't know if this is going to be a full hiatus or a semi-hiatus but it's some sort-of-atus until about the 3rd or 4th of January.

The good news is I plan to visit Ketsu at some point during my time out there and she has threatened promised to force me to tag if she has to.

I think that should cover it, if anyone really needs me for anything they can send a message over LJ if they have it.

EDIT: oh and my phone. Brand new, just bought before Thanksgiving - seems to have stopped working. Excellent timing, Virgin Mobile. Thanks a bunch. So anyone that has my number, I may not be reachable that way.

I WAS TRYING SO HARD. But it just didn't work. In light of Killi's loss, the fact that I'm sick, it's Christmas, work is hrrgblebluh, the cats are not letting me sleep (one is sick and the other is... well, a kitten), and I mostly want to curl up with tea and read more of the Codex Alera... I'm declaring a hiatus. :[

SO, assume both Cecile Croomy (badcookpilot) and Subaru Sumeragi (13thstar) are just asleep for Christmas or something. Maybe they'll carry on Kiki's old tradition and wind up passed out with strep throat for the holidays. It sounds about like their luck. I should be back around January 5th, hopefully, so I'll just set the date for that and not worry about it until then. I'll still be around chat because I love you people ;A;
