"Invisibility? Really?" Jane pulled a thoughtful face. "I guess I could see the appeal. Maybe not with the laundry sheets though." She grinned, "It didn't exactly work in Beetlejuice. People might just think you have some weird bed sheet fetish". She was assuming that Chris had even seen that movie. Jane had but if asked would have said she preferred the cartoon. Way more hijinks and less pedo vibes.
"I'd go with flying if I had to pick superpowers. It's cliche but who hasn't wished they could jump off a building or float in the air and fly away?" Another thoughtful pause. "Teleportation would be a close second", she confided. If it related to traveling then chances are it was a power Jane wouldn't mind having. "Too bad that stuff doesn't exist in real life".
Jane heard one of the buzzers go off and looked for the source of the noise. "Is that your stuff? It can't be mine". Her eyes sought out the washer she had put her own clothes in. Nope, she still had little more time to wait. "Or is it the invisible man's laundry?" The redhead added, glancing around the mostly empty laundry room with amusement. "Now that I think about it, invisible people would be pretty creepy. They could be anywhere sneaking around with no one the wiser and there would have to be that one creep who'd take it too far, like watching folks in the shower or something".
