[And there's that all too recognizable mug, the sleek clothing style that the copper automaton can't help but admire just slightly - because what is more pulling than a man who knows how to dress - and the shark-like teeth that almost put Rabbit's own frightening incisors to shame.
For all that Rabbit prided himself on being so very unique and one-of-a-kind in appearance, even against his three younger siblings, Greed's own alluring distinctness could almost be a match for him. Despite his overall human appearance, it was the minute detailing that gave him that edge. The teeth, the clothing, that serpent-like slither of movement that he was always sliding into - the full package really - it just screamed for attention and it was so very obvious the man lived for every single second of it.
Which was yet another similarity to note. Everyone knew how attention-craved Rabbit could be.]
I don't think yer th' one doin' th' judgin', pal. [A sharpened curve to that mouth of his, the glow of his lighted eyes dimming when the video came into place.] Can't say ya really have any r-r-room t' judge in the first place. But I'm j-just talkin' 'bout yer fine establishment. Most o' th' city seems pretty chill w-with us robuts doin' our thing, b-but not all o' 'em. Would hate t' rob ya o' some narrow-minded customers. [Not that anyone with even a hint of such distorted and biased views would really have much to do with Greed in the first place, but the warning seemed like the fair thing to do. Rabbit was known to be kind on occasion.
But it's the first ruling that has Rabbit's smile going a bit muted, copper faceplates curving into something less than certain.]Not s-s-so sure I can agree t' that. We like t' perform all over the place. Not even a m-matter o' money, just who we are. Can't t-tell an automaton built specifically for music that's he's only allowed t' perform in one place when there's a whole city out there b-beggin' t' be brightened with a lil' tune or two. That's l-like puttin' a duck in'a rain puddle when there's a w-w-whole pond right there. [Another twitch to that face.] 'Sides, Spine an' me l-like t' perform at parties an' stuff for our friends. An' I l-like doin' my-my-my-my thing over at Jo's when her mic is free.
Th' only permanent type gig we g-g-got is in th' park, but that's just a bit o' buskin', music an' improv an' mime. B-b-but that d-don't mean I wanna be tied down in th' future if other opportunities pop up.
[Not that Rabbit was expecting any, especially without a third to their trio, but at least he had the sense to think ahead somewhat. The Spine would be proud.]
