She held up her hands again to defend herself from his words and his scowl, subconsciously showing him she had no weapons and she was not here to attack him or whatever he seemed to think. "I am sorry, I've always just had this thing for not taking things too seriously, which leads to me not getting upset at people as easily." She said as she shrugged.
She decided it would be best if she kept her eyes on his face, so he wouldn't start feeling self conscious about what he was packing in his pants. It had not gone unnoticed, but she was still unsure if he was going to let her help him out with it. "You know I really don't know. What are girls on the mainland usually like?" She asked with her always bright smile.
"Right now? None, but I just got to school about a week or so ago. If you are asking me how many people I have had sex with. The answer is three. Two girls and a guy, I am pretty sure you don't want their names, but they were all Sirens." She told him honestly. She wasn't sure if she had told him she was a Siren or not, well now was as good of a time as any she guessed.
"You would be surprised at how many guys turn you down when you tell them you don't want them to own you, or whatever they call it." She said, taking a sip from her newly refilled glass.
