The dreams did not, could not, compare to the things he made her feel when she felt him kiss her back. All of those fantasies she remembered having every time they were together were nothing in comparison. His touch was much more heated then she could have ever imagined. His kiss itself made her entire body tremble with both desire and strength. The second surprised her more than the first because it wasn't just his strength that she felt. Being away from Desmond had only hurt her more with every passing second. If there was a chance that after tonight he would go back to being that figure in the shadows that made sure she was safe then she wanted to let this sensation consume every tiny part of her. She wanted to feel him on her skin and in her bones, pulsing through her veins and around her organs, from the top of her head to the tips of her fingers and the bottom of her toes.
There was no turning away from this. It was what she wanted so desperately that it was the only thing in the world that made sense, and denying herself had done nothing more than cause harm.
The air that came off of the pond wrapped around their bodies and attempted to cool the heated flesh. His hands on her body felt right. While she could admit that she enjoyed the feeling of hands on her body when Jack had touched her, it wasn't this. With the simplest brush of his palm, Desmond made her blood boil and race freely through her. With that thought, Raina knew that no one could make her feel this way again. And despite what he could say, or think, it was the grandest of sensations.
Her eyes opened for a brief moment when the thick trunk of a nearby tree was suddenly pressed against her spine. The movement itself had her gasping, and freely tightening her thighs at his waist when he moved her legs around his hips. Long fingers brushed up the line of his neck and into his hair, tightening into the longer dark strands at the back of his head. A moan escaped her throat and got trapped somewhere in the midst of their kisses. He pushed against her and it made her wish neither of their clothes existed. Who cared where they were? Raina surely didn't. Nothing else could matter to her, in this moment, more than him and the way it made her feel.
Then there was another moan when he moved and she found her feet back on the ground, back to the tree but this time it kept her from collapsing. Lustful eyes watched him stumble through his sentence. Raina's first reaction was to blush, apologize and start to walk away. But that wasn't what she truly wanted. And she had quieted the voice of what she truly wanted for far too long. It was time to let it speak out and make itself known. "I don't want you to." Raina admitted when he reminded her that he couldn't control himself at night. She took a step him to be against his body again and this time she slipped her hands under the long jacket, pressing her palms against his shirt. Slowly she raised them up his chest and around his neck. "Stop."
Her head shook slightly, hands turning now so that she made sure he was looking at her. "Just stop.. everything. Stop fighting this. Stop trying to walk away." It was exactly what she craved. "I want you. I've always wanted you." Raina lowered her hands from him slowly, trailing the line she'd made up his body in reverse until she dropped them at her sides. Her fingers curled into the bottom of her shirt and as she started to lift it, she knew this wasn't any amount of alcohol talking. She had meant what she said and always would. She'd have given him anything, and still wanted to. The shirt slowly raised, bearing first her slender stomach which was just as lightly tanned as the rest of her body thanks to very private topless sunbathing sessions. Then he would see the rise of her C cup breasts, nestled in a simple light pink lace bra. Pulling the shirt off the rest of the way, Raina dropped it on the ground by his feet.
