"Well may I suggest you narrow your scope and study one kind of humanoid at a time?" She asked the girl watching her curiously. She had come in contact with one other extraterrestrial in her life, and the male had not been of the same race this girl was. That was unless she had a very good makeup job and had cut off her sixth finger. "You seem to look at everything from the logical standpoint. It is a very good position to hold when studying another race. I have often found it useful to not become emotionally involved when studying a subject. But it seems to me, by trying to study all earthlings at once, you will be more likely to get less done. Many unfinished studies, instead of a few finished ones."
"That will then give you time to share your findings? As I have said, I have only recently become ready to stop hoarding my findings. Are you here for yourself, or for the better understanding of your people?" She asked curiously.
She smiled when she saw the calculations going on in Dhivael's head. She wondered what she would be thinking in the girl's place and it made her smile all the more. "Let me guess, you believe my information to be suspect? But let me ask you this, do you know of another race or species that lives to an exact age?"
"This form is useful in dealing with... bipeds... I like that word. I myself? As I have said I am a kitsune, we are much more fox then man. Many races try to... for lack of a better word, humanize all races of this world. For the kitsune that is simply not true. This form is much more illusion then it is real. That is why there is always an imperfection in the illusion. Tails, ears, even eyes can show threw when we are trying to hide ourselves."
