"Kay is my preference Dhivael." She said with a peppy nod before taking a bite of her salad, she was always hungry after practice. "It is so much easier to say then Kaydence, but my full name is actually Kaydence Tydler." She said with a shrug. "Not many people use their full names unless they are in trouble." She said with a laugh. "But you are right, it is better to give a person your full name when you meet them, so they can tell you apart from other people with your first name. I am not sure if either of us would have that problem in the end." She told the girl cheerfully.
"I'm on the swim team, we just got out of practice so I still smell like the pool right? Sorry about that. Even with a shower it never seems to wash out for the rest of the day." She said as she sniffed her own hair with a frown. "Anyway, no I am not of an aquatic race. I am actually a Siren, we like the water and tend to live of islands, but not in it. If you don't mind me asking, what kind of person are you?"
She looked down at her lunch as Dhivael started to ask her about her diet, this girl was sure full of lots of questions. "I was in the mood for a nice crisp salad, but I eat protein, I had fried eggs for breakfast. I am also thinking that I am going to want a nice juicy burger for dinner. To tell you the truth, back in the old days my people ate nothing but meat. You seem to have a very.. balanced lunch." She said looking over to the other girl's tray.
