Who: Benjy Fenwick, Thomas Raith What: Benjy is starting to loose feeling When: Monday evening Where: Hallway Rating/Warnings: G / None Status: Closed / Abandoned
First his toes had started to tingle, then they had completely lost sensation. To say that Benjy felt nauseated would've been an understatement. Why would something hit him after it had already been going around for so long? He had assumed himself to be free and clear of the potential threat of losing a sense. If he lost the sense of touch - well, he was going to have a bit of a time. He could probably trudge by at work, assuming he'd be able to walk. If not, he could use a bit of vacation, but even then...
Even then, he wouldn't be able to play the violin. He wouldn't be able to write anything on his little smartphone. What in the bloody hell was he supposed to do? With that in mind, along with the likely futile hope that sensation would start to return, Benjy headed out of his room and carefully walked toward the library. Perhaps he could get a stack of books that he could attempt to thumb through... carefully. Getting a bit of reading done wouldn't be so bad.
But that didn't mean he was having an easy time of it. Part-way down one of the hallways, he had to pause and lean against one of the walls as the tingling sensation returned - this time in his feet and lower legs.
