Who: Albus Potter and open
What: They're living in a castle, and a good castle has secret passageways
When: Evening February 26th
Where: Anywhere on the castle grounds
Warnings: Probably none.
Seven years living in Hogwarts had taught Al that castles had secret passageways. If this one didn't then it needed some. Which meant it was up to him to discover if there were any. Maybe even add some once they were discovered. So while it may look like he's just standing in one place and staring distractedly at something to some, he was really attempting to decide if it was a secret passageway or if it would make a good one.
This is not just limited to inside the castle either. Al can also be found wandering the castle grounds, perhaps touching various things that may not seem to have much significance. Or maybe it's just odd how he might pull out a book only to put it back without even looking at it. Feel free to approach and ask what he's doing.
