Who: Genevieve and Ahsoka What: Talking (or not) while working on a project together When: Oct. 8th, evening Where: Ahsoka's room Warnings: Possibly sad feelings and emotions
She wasn't sad about a friend leaving. The Doctor had been great sure but she wasn't attached to him. Not like all of these people were attached to everyone else who was leaving. What had gotten to her was the idea that maybe she'd disappear and that would be it for her. There wasn't anything to go back to except betrayal and heartbreak. Her best friend had already done everything she could to ruin Ahsoka's life and future at becoming a Jedi Knight. Then her Master would -- Ahsoka still didn't like to think on that.
But she wouldn't have to, not with Genevieve coming over to help her work on the project she's been making in secret for weeks. Some of her babysitting money went towards buying the parts and tools she'd need, that she didn't borrow from Anakin's workshop here in the castle. Goldie was often her partner on nights like this one, handing her tools or a helping appendage when she needed it. Fixing things with Anakin was often their way of dealing with emotions they were supposed to be able to shake off. It had become a ritual after two years of losing clones to the war.
Which is why she currently is sitting on the floor to her sitting room with a cushion under her and a coffee table full of parts. When Genevieve had agreed to come over, Ahsoka had dragged another one down and opened the door a crack. She wasn't worried about her Master accidentally seeing, it was hard to miss his presence in the Force. Plus she spent enough time around the woman that Ahsoka would be able to tell her apart from anyone else in the castle.
