She figured that that whatever, unlike the one that he'd sent via text was a much more agreeable one. Carol wasn't going to keep pushing a topic, not when it seemed to be having a good result. Carol couldn't help the wince and feel bad as he hit his shoulder on the side of the door. And she couldn't help the murmured, "Sorry." that came either, truthfully. He was just all over the place in this state and as cute as it was he had none of the coordination that he usually had. She didn't even think his drunken body knew what walking was, actually. He was only moving because he had her guiding him along at the moment.
"To be fair, I don't think Glenn had drank that much before the world ended." She grinned, laughing at their mutual friend and family member. She didn't know if that had changed here or not, but she remembered pretty vividly just how hungover he had been. "I have no room to talk, though, I'm in the same boat as Glenn." She shared, reaching for the knob of his door and opening it.
"Almost there." She told him as she tried to guide him a bit more successfully into his room and toward his bed.
