Who: Claudia Donovan and [Open]
What: It's raining outside, Claudia is wandering around the ground floor aimlessly
When: After 5 PM/before 8 PM, June 3rd, 2013
Where: Ground floor
Rating/Warnings: Probably very low
Status: Open/Incomplete

Claudia had just discovered a band called "The Rasmus" and, despite a rather large aversion to the fact the lead singer seemed to have a "thing" about wearing an excessive amount of bird feathers in his hair, Claudia had found herself enjoying the music. It left her willing to look over the feathers and, for the past few days, most of her spare time (when not suffering with a shared hangover with H.G. from playing Doctor Who drinking games) had been spent fiddling around with the new songs and seeing which she could pluck out on her guitar. She had a hint of a want to try and adapt a few of the songs, to see if she could sing one or two. It had been ages since she had sang in public and, while she wasn't feeling a strong urge to try it quite yet, it gave her a mental goal to work toward.

And it was a good distraction, at that. Claudia was worried on H.G.'s behalf since Myka's departure and rearrival, yet a little hopeful too. Myka seemed more - grounded. More like her old self. It was selfish, on one hand, to be grateful to have Myka's acceptance back through Myka getting a "hard reset." But, on the other, Claudia hoped it would mean Myka would be mentally and emotionally better off in the long run. And who was to say that Myka and H.G. still wouldn't be together? Claudia still held to the belief that it was highly possible.

But a mind could only focus on such things for so long and she could only sit around with her guitar for so long as well. That meant it was time for a wandering sort of walk and, humming to herself as she thought through ways that chords could be arranged, she found herself walking around the ground floor and wishing that it wasn't raining outside. It had started when she was still at work but, even now, it hadn't stopped. It meant inside was the one option. And, fortunately (or unfortunately) for the next person Claudia saw, that meant she decided to try being a bit personable.

"Playing Angry Birds?" She asked, jokingly, seeing the fact they were glancing at their phone. "It's all fun and addicting games until real birds that are angry get in the picture. They can be surprisingly mean."
