Padmé doubted it would ever happen, but it still was (indeed) an amusing mental image. She smiled a little at the mention, then paused before she thought of a response. Rather than thinking on the sillier topic of Anakin and the cat, she found herself (of course) thinking of the baby.
"Well, overall. I'm still trying to get used to there being movement. I hope she, or he, doesn't get too much like Anakin - prone to moving a good deal." But, even as Padmé said it, the smile on her face very likely showed that she didn't mind much. It was mostly something she minded when she was trying to get some sleep. Right now, it was still in that honeymoon-like stage where it was all blissful. "The morning sickness is mostly over. I do think Anakin is a little tired of my fruit cravings. It's - indescribable, as a whole, though. I didn't and still don't know what to expect, no matter how many books or movies I watch, but it's so hard not to be completely excited amidst something so unpredictable."
"And it is quite nice. Maybe you could tell me a bit about yourself, outside of your younger self? I know some from Anakin, of course, but I'd rather hear it from the source." Padmé asked politely, genuinely curious to get to know Helena for herself rather than from the context of someone else's friendship. While it didn't speak ill for Helena that Anakin viewed her positively, Padmé wasn't Anakin.
