Nodding her head in agreement she got up from the bed and then turned around and looked at him. "I am too, you didn't mess up. You didn't know what Kitty was doing to Marley. You did what you had to do though even though it cost you the competition. That was very noble of you and showed me how much that you really care for the glee club."
Then he had to speak of that dreadful day. The day that he said goodbye to her and put her on a train to New York. She didn't live it, but she certainly watched it. It made her heart break into thousands of pieces, knowing that she could have lived it and it would have been worse. Sitting back down on the bed and looked at him when he took her hands, tears began to fall from her eyes. "Finn, you did what you thought was right. Letting me go so that I could live my dream and you thinking that you needed to go and try the army for your dad. I don't blame you at all for what you did."
"Things happen for a reason. Maybe we weren't meant to get married right out of high school. Just like when we were going to get married after Regionals and Quinn had her accident, maybe it was a sign that we weren't ready either. I mean come on, I wouldn't even let you use my bathroom." She said with a little laugh. "But that doesn't mean that we can't have a life here, together. When your ready to ask me to marry you, you'll know what my answer will be." She said as she leaned in a kissed him.
Breaking the kiss she nodded again. "Yeah only good people get to stay in the castle. I like it because I'm not afraid for my life or anything. We're safe here."
