Gwen Stacy usually did well with change. But this change was taking some time for her to adapt to. She had seen dragons and Jedis fight. Both of which were supposed to be completely fictional. Of course this was coming from a girl with spidey senses. It seemed she was not the strangest thing in the Land of Make Believe. Which was a comfort in some way. Back home in New York she had been Spider-girl. A freak with a mutation.

It wasn't all bad, if she was to be honest. She rather enjoyed her abilities. She could swing between buildings with the web tech she created. Stick to smooth surfaces. She could help others. But the death of her father was hard for her. She had accidentally created The Lizard that wreaked havoc on the city. Gwen wasn't coping well with these things. She had broken up with her boyfriend and was going to leave town, but this place got to her first.

She made the best of the situation. She had a cool roommate and apparently a pig as a temporary pet. She had kept up her patroling in the city and managed to catch a bad guy here or there. Overall it hadn't been as bad as he had first expected. Gwen had yet to find whoever was doing this to them, but it wasn't the first thing she worried about anymore. There were even moments where she hoped she wouldn't be sent back.

Gwen swung between buildings on webs and landed in an alley. She was thankful to at least have her spider costume still with her. She took off the mask and shook out her ponytail. Maybe whoever brought her here wasn't all that bad. Maybe they had given her a better life than the one she would have had if she had stayed in New York. She could only imagine what other creatures she'd find herself fighting in the future.

Harry was wandering. He didn't usually take to wandering through the streets during the evening, but he wanted to take in more of New Creandi. He didn't know much of the place, even though he had been there for a couple of months. He had decided that he needed to fix this. He didn't know exactly how long he would be here, or how to get back home. He just hoped that not much had happened during his stay here, that Ginny hadn't given up hope on him. That she didn't think he had abandoned her. Or thought he had died. He would feel horrible about that.

Then he spotted someone swinging from building to building, almost like... no, it couldn't be Spider-man could it? No way. So he decided to follow this person, to determine who it was. Finally, the figure stopped in the street. He made his way towards the figure, and spotted a ponytail. Huh. Spider-man didn't have a ponytail. That was strange.

"Hi..." he said, as he came up behind her.

Gwen jumped a little at the greeting. Had he been there long? She glanced around the alley and the street, checking to see if there were any others. This wasn't an ambush was it? She had wondered if the break-in she stopped the previous night had been attached to a gang.

When she didn't see anything, Gwen tried to stay in the shadows until she could hide her mask and maybe try to pass the costume off as some sort of fan-made thing.

"Uh, hey..." she said as she shoved the mask in the backpack she had hidden behind the dumpster earlier in the day. "Can I help you?"
