Padmé Amidala Skywalker ([info]i_cannot_follow) wrote in [info]makebelievelog,
A basic concern for Anakin getting sick, walking about in a soaked state, was rather small as she knew he was drying off and warming up (thus nothing else to be done.) Rather, Padmé silently turned her head and leaned back around the chair just in time to see Anakin come out of the bathroom.

She had a very attractive husband. There was absolutely no denying that fact. It wasn't why she loved him, of course, but it wasn't a fact she overlooked or didn't appreciate. Anakin standing there without a shirt on, in the process of drying off, allowed her mind to slip from its fixations on details to having what could've been labeled a rather shallow moment. Still, he could've been the most aesthetically attractive male in the universe to everyone and it wouldn't have mattered had it not been Anakin. The knowledge of his good heart, of the fact it was the husband she so loved, made the distraction all the more concrete and difficult for her to shake.

"I -" She twisted to glance back to her lap and the phone sitting in it. It was still open to the interview. "I couldn't sleep. Though I do have something I would like you to see."
