Myka should have expected Claudia to refuse spoiling what Helena had gotten as a costume. Though she was worried because the Victorian woman had no qualms about modesty. The older woman had defied societal norms in her own time and was only just beginning to learn what the modern world had to offer. To say that Myka was a little nervous was an understatement. Since Claudia wasn't going to tell her what the costume was she would have to sneak in and find out. Though that would wait until the rift that had been created between them was repaired. Until then she intended to stay away from Helena's room unless a situation required her to be there.
"So bringing out your natural look until the holiday." Myka said with a teasing smile. When Claudia mentioned getting herself a costume her smile disappeared. Dressing up for Halloween wasn't exactly something that she had done as a child let alone as a grown adult. But if Helena and Claudia were going to be in costume than she couldn't allow herself to be outdone. Maybe she could even convince Pete to dress up as well, ideas all ready forming in her head of what she could go as. With, Pete, he'd undoubtedly pick one of the superheroes from his beloved comics. "You can come along, devil child. I might need your help."
"Speaking of feeling better. Those texts I sent you. Forget they ever happened."
