Watching Myka, Claudia knew something was off. She just wasn't entirely sure what for a moment. Had the fever fried Myka's brain? Was she out while heavily medicated on cough syrup or something, thus delusional? Claudia twitched a bit when poked, then made a pouting face and straightened her horns. It didn't occur to her what Myka's objection to the accessory might've been until she groaned and then elaborated that she wasn't okay.
"Oh, so yard time for good behavior." Claudia nodded as if this all suddenly made sense, shifting her bag on her shoulder and giving the older woman a curious look. "Do you not like the horns, or did you think they might be my natural form coming out? I got them when H.G. and I went Halloween costume shopping Wednesday. I figured someone should drag her out and introduce her to the awesome commercialism that is modern day Halloween."
