Claudia Donovan ([info]clauds) wrote in [info]makebelievelog,
"H.G.'s awareness of technology isn't normal for our world, either. It's - mixed, advanced and behind." Claudia explained after glancing over at the two and grinning, leaving the details vague and figuring H.G. could elaborate or not elaborate wherever she wanted. It would've been too weird for Claudia to go on and explain the details, anyhow, when H.G. was right there.

She was content to let her Jedi and eccentric British Aunt go at it, as it was rather amusing, so she took the opportunity to go over to the bike to give it a close-up inspection.

"Proof nothing. Okay, so - yes, I know better, H.G., than to say that to you. I changed his phone's ringtone. The noise it makes when a message or a call comes in. Not that bad." Claudia tried to downplay it with a sneaky smile, practically bouncing a little when she got a close-up look at the speeder bike. She was already contemplating climbing up on it, never mind if it would work or not. "Oh, I so need one of these - or, really, a speeder."
