"Understandable, though it opens that door of thinking." And, of course, Helena's mind went to pondering it. How could she not? That was the equivalent of dangling a carrot in front of a rabbit. It was no doubt a concept she'd let herself ponder over later when she found herself not sleeping. Because she wasn't going to be doing much sleeping after what she'd lived through before finding herself here. Well, she hadn't exactly survived the explosion, but that was besides the point.
When Claudia mentioned the fictional thing, at first Helena nodded, taking it for being what it was. At least until Claudia made the distinction that they were fictional elsewhere. Blinking, Helena looked over at Claudia, who seemed far more interested in staring at the chocolate bar. "Wait, we, as in you and I and the rest of us from our world, are fictional elsewhere? Such as here?" There was more than an element of surprise in her tone, but she wasn't exactly afraid of the knowledge. She was more shocked than anything right now, which was probably a good thing? Then again Helena always kept her emotions close to her heart and rarely let anyone see what she was really feeling. But she was at least calm on the matter. For now.
