Claudia thought it best not to point out the fact that Anakin's arm had been lost due to someone purposefully wielding a lightsaber with intent to cut his arm off. She may have lost a level of "Darth Vader fear mojo" in relation to Anakin when he had admitted that he sometimes played it up, but she didn't need Vader mojo rolling off of him to guess when it was best not to push her luck.
"You know I wouldn't say no to an in-depth look and explanation of the arm but - no, not necessary." Claudia answered in utter honesty.
