"Hey." Al was curled up on the edge of the roof, one foot danging down off of it and kicking slowly in the wind. He hadn't really kept track of time since sitting. The lights from the city were pretty damn distracting when they wanted to be, or maybe more when Al needed them to be. It was pretty much habit now to haul his arse out here at odd hours when he wanted to quit over-thinking.
Course, now he couldn't stop. Shouldn't be too much of a surprise, but Al wasn't handling it any better now than he did normally and he desperately wished he had some kind of giant off-switch so he'd stop questioning every little thing he did.
They didn't both need to be over-analyzing. That was just silly.
