	Some people are easier to get along with. The good thing about it is, unless their family, you more then likely don't have to put forth the effort. Sometimes that even applies to family, too. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	You can avoid speaking with people you don't like and still not be rude. If they're being wrong, ask yourself this question: Will there be immediate and irreparable damage if you don't speak up?
