Given his age, he has most likely already begun to create horcruxes in order to make himself immortal.

If he has done this, then not only has he committed violent murder, and transferred pieces of his fractured soul onto inanimate objects, but he will also be impossible to kill without first destroying the horcruxes. Which will most likely not be brought to this world.

All of that to say, yes, he is dangerous, deceitful, and not to be trusted.

	He may not be as dangerous now as he will be, but he will go on to have a lot of people killed and will kill many himself.
