Hi. My name's Andy and I'm kinda holed up in the castle, looking after River. Look, she's pretty distressed and... I was wondering if you had anything we could give her to calm her down a bit?

Hello Andy, this is Dr. Blake speaking. It's possible, if she really needs it, that we could give her something to help keep her sedated but that would be if she is having severe episodes. Otherwise I'd need to see her to determine if another medicine is proper to treat a stress disorder or I'd recommend her seeing Dr. Sweets for that diagnosis.

The very last alternative (or first if you think it would be easier for her) is to seek the healing of one of the locals witches or wizards.
