Do you mean in the sense that you might have some sort of pain coming from your skull? Did you hit your head recently? Are you having physical pain around your head? Headaches? I can do x-rays if you need it.

How long have you had it?

That sounds like you need to see an Oncologist but I can facilitate finding one for you to possibly come to the castle, even.
