You said you were a medical doctor, with access to all the medical and pharmaceuticals materials here? That's fantastic. In London, I do quite a bit of my chemical and medical research at St. Bartholomew's hospital and I was wondering if--at all possible--you were permit me access to use some of your supplies and facilities to further my research, I would be very grateful and I would love your input on some of my studies. You seem like a very insightful individual.

Yes, that would be fine. What sort of research exactly?

That varies.

Okay. Well, I have no problems with it but I can't promise it won't be somewhat hectic on certain days in the office I use. I'm sort of doing everything by myself for the patients I see and it's starting to become that season where everyone has a cold or a flu sort of thing going on.

I've found the local hospital to be pretty accommodating as far as their facilities as well but I think that's because I have a deal worked out to work free on all the staff and residents of the castle. So whoever is heading the staff management is probably covering any expenses otherwise.

Oh, I can help you administer needles, I'm rather trained in that particular area.

Ah, okay. I should actually try to set up a day to get staff members and residents in for flu shots. I'll have Thor go collect the supplies tomorrow and see how many I can get at once. Then I can work out a day to do them and if you'd like to help administer those I'd be very grateful.

Please, you're doing me a favour! I'll collect everything myself, I'm more than capable. Consider it my way of saying thank you.

Will I need anything from you? Permission slips, prescription pad, anything like that? I don't want to go through all the trouble of trying to do this for you just to find out the protocol around here is somehow different than it is in London. I can be such a scatterbrain at times.

I'll write down a prescription if you'd like for them but really you should be able to call in what you need and just say it's on my behalf. I've been calling in the prescriptions myself but normally my nurse would do that so it should be no problem for you to call one in before you pick it up.

Oh, well, that's a brilliantly easy system, and I'm very glad for any help I can give. I'll get right on this first thing tomorrow.
