Re: Sally & Danny
Danny was beat by this point. That's why he'd decided enough was enough and it was a good time to call it a night. With a yawn, he turned the corner. If he hadn't heard a familiar voice in a small lull of static in a sea of voices and laughs, he might've missed it. With a furrowed brow, he turned to see an unpleasant sight -- a teammate, and a few others, surrounding a young woman.
Sally.
Danny wasn't a fan. But not even Sally deserved to be cornered in the middle of the fair, and the way that David was approaching things, it looked... Well, not good. For anyone involved. He half-wondered if David had been drinking tonight. Maybe that would explain why he was doing something as monumentally stupid as threatening her.
He quickly made his way toward the verbal attack, though it was edging on physical. In his deepest, manliest voice, he shouted: "Cooper. Enough." The look of anger and disappointment on his face was probably realer than anything anyone had seen on Danny's face in some time. "Do you feel good? Picking on a girl half your size?"
