WHO: Penny & Louis WHEN: Monday lunch time WHERE: Hogsmeade WHAT: Penny gets distracted on the way to visit her sister RATING: duno
Normally Penthea was a follow-the-rules kind of girl. She didn't do anything wrong. She didn't disobey her parents or her uncle. The worst thing she had done (with the exception of dropping Wyatt's ex in the middle of some small Asian village - which she still thought was a good idea!) was sneak cookies off Uncle Leo's desk on a regular basis for the past few years. And even that wasn't bad because Uncle Leo obviously didn't care. So the idea that Penthea would ever do anything as bad as sneaking off school grounds, orbing to Scotland, and trying to sneak onto Hogwarts grounds... well, it was just unthinkable.
But that was exactly what Penny was doing. She had waited until lunch, at least. After all her classes were done for the day. Then she had charmed her hair blonde (if she could pass for Phylicia, maybe she could get into Hogwarts easier!). And grabbing a jacket (in case it was cold over there) she closed her eyes and orbed out of her room. She didn't have a White Lighter's ability to sense Charges, or family, yet. She did, however, have an undeniable connection to her sister. If Phyl cut herself, Penny felt the pain. It wasn't hard to hone in on where she felt her sister must be. Actually getting to Phyl was a different story, though.
As it so happened, Penny orbed herself to Hogsmead. It was close enough that she could see the castle. The problem, though, was where she had orbed. The street wasn't empty, but it wasn't packed full of people. Hogsmeade was a relatively small town. So obviously the odds of Penny orbing right on top of someone was very low. But she practically had! The moment her blue orbs disappeared, some guy knocked right into Penny. It was totally her fault, but either way it wasn't pleasant to get knocked to the ground.
