Lily didn't know how long she had been kept hostage. Had it been days? Weeks? Maybe she was really losing it and it had only been hours. There weren't any windows, she couldn't tell when it was day or night, no indication of the passing of time. Not like that mattered much, she didn't remember much of anything except when she opened her door to...to that woman. She had been repeatedly stunned over and over the past couple of weeks, there were a few bruises and a rather large cut on her head where she had hit the ground on multiple occasions after being hit. When she did awake every so often, everything was blurred, her hearing felt as if she were underwater.
Propped up against a wall, her arms bound by magic, her legs sprawled out before her. Her long and fiery hair hung in her face, and she and her clothes were covered in filth. She didn't have too many serious injuries to her appearance except bruising and small cuts every so often on her skin. Noticeably was across her left temple and on the back of her shoulder, were large cuts from curses thrown at her. Somehow, she hadn't and still didn't feel much pain, mainly exhaustion.
A few feet from her slumped a chunky bloke, face covered with scars. Some help Grindelwald got. This bloke on this particular shift of guarding Lily had dozed off himself, but then again there wasn't much worry of her having the strength to run off or for anyone to find them. Eyelids fluttering as she once again drifted in and out of consciousness, her head slumped over her chest. She didn't even hear Izzy approaching.
