WHO: Louis Weasley and harpies; brief appearance by Willow Weasley WHEN: very early morning, Monday WHERE: Forest in Romania WHAT: Meeting with the harpies RATING: pg-13 I guess Status: Complete It had been a while since he had been back here. He looked down at his wand, he knew they still might see as him as threat. He put the wand in his jacket then he walked into the entrance of the forest. He would only take it out if need and not a moment before then. He was walking for several hours before he heard the whispers that he knew were common with harpies. He had to listening carefully to hear what they were saying. He stopped walking, if they sounded threaten and he continued walking he would find himself back in the hospital. Well that was the hopefully way of thinking since last time he had someone to drag him away. "You aren't welcome here," the harpies whispered as the ran though the forest. Louis lowered his head so that he was looking to the ground.
"I require your help," he yelled out but still he didn't look up. "Please someone dear to me was murdered." He knew that wouldn't really change their minds but it couldn't hurt.
"Our help?" several questioned then one walked out of the trees and into his view. "A witch no doubt. How does that affect us?" The harpy walked toward Louis and tilted its head as it studied Louis.
"Yes, someone was attacked and murdered," he said as he slightly lifted his head to see a harpy standing there. He quickly lowered it again when two more came into view. "Do you have any information on the attack? I know that your kind spy on the world of witchcraft. You must know something." He wanted to kick himself for raising his voice even as slightly as he did. He didn't want to seem pushy but the longer he was with harpies the more likely he would end up in the hospital.
He didn't even have to blink before there was a harpy not a foot in front of him. "How dare you!" one of the harpies growled as it whipped its arm at him. He wanted to cry out as the claws hit his arm but he stayed silent. Then the first harpy waved the other away. "Maenad can not be harmed by weapons," the first harpy stated. "Now go."
Louie looked up at the creature, "What?" He couldn't believe that but the harpies just nodded at him and then left back into the forest. He debated calling out to them but he knew that would just piss them off so he turned and started to walk back out of the forest. "Hopefully Iz will find that useful," he said. Well it was better then coming out with nothing. After he was out of the forest he grabbed his broom and decided to apparate back Mungo's Hospital. He really wasn't good at flying with one injured arm. Hopefully the family wouldn't be too pissed about it.
