Wyatt wasn't sure how to go about saying what had just happened. When Penny orbed in beside him on the couch, he didn't even flinch. He was used to people orbing in to what ever room he happened to be in because they needed him. Even then, he could usually sense that someone was coming. He had known that someone was going to be in his apartment shortly and he should have realized it was going to be one of his empathic cousins, but he hadn't been thinking about those things.
He slowly sat up and straightened his posture. He turned to his cousin as he took his hand from his face. He wasn't sure he wanted to talk about it, but he knew it was the only way to make it feel any better. "Pen, I told Sam, and it didn't turn out well."
