The truth was, Teddy had been thinking it for months now. Well, seriously since the end of May at least. He didn't really have the desire to meet or fall in love with anyone who wasn't Victoire, he would probably spend his life comparing the other woman to this one. Definitely not a good thing for any relationship. So he shrugged and walked on around the floor, looking at little toys and things.
"A lot has changed since you left," he mumbled and picked up a stuffed lion that read books, according to the box, anyway. "I've had a long time to sit and contemplate where my life is going, and I don't want to ever be without you. Someday, I want there to be a home for us, with a garden... and a baby. Sure now I've got all my pets, and they're somewhat like my babies, but I want to have all those feelings my parents never got to have."
